Another update

The status as of today is 30 pounds are gone. I am getting anxious for my plateau. I know it is coming. It has been real easy actually too easy and when the plateau comes I am afraid it is going to be too hard for me to handle. I have a lot of support and I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Well that is it for the update Thanks for the prayers.

Update

O.K. so here is my first update. I am doing pretty well I usually get all my 88 ozs. of water a day and usually wanting more. I have turned away pizza and cookie cake. Cookie cake was real hard I had to just get away from the temptation. As of Sunday I have lost 10 pounds. I am not real excited because I know it is just water weight. After about 50 pounds I usually struggle because that is when I am getting into the real problem. I think it is ironic that I have to drink tons of water to lose weight especially water weight. I would think I would be gaining more water weight.
The other day I watched a show called The Obesity Clinic. I guess I was interested because I am obese. Thankfully I am not morbidly obese. There was this man on the show who weighed over 500 pounds and all he did was complain. He complained on how the 12 men who had to lift him out of his bed into an ambulance. That they embarrassed him. He complained about maybe having to go to the zoo to get a MRI because that was the only machine big enough. I was quite annoyed with him but then I thought about all the things I complain about. Then I was quite annoyed with myself.

Weight promblem

I would like to take this opportunity to ask for your support and more importantly your prayers. I am with God's strength going to lose this burden called weight. I hope I can be patient and not easily discouraged and fall back into very bad habits. I will try to update my progress maybe even vent little. Of coarse I may miss a week just because I can't get to the computer.
I told one of my friends that Macky put me on a diet. I quickly had to explain that did not come out right. Macky has offered to help me with this problem I have been struggling with for at least seven years. I am so thankful to have such a loving husband who loves me at this weight but just wants me to be healthy so I can feel better.

Nathan

Nathan receiving some of his awards in First grade.

At a friends house he spotted a frog we kept him for a while. I have to admit it was fun watching him eat.
Nathan is now playing flag football with an upward program. It is his first time playing. He is actually quite good. It is fun watching him.

Well it was between the two Meridianville teams. The Championship went to the other team. We were tied up till the very end and they got to bat last. They played good and hard and Second place feels just like first.

Here I am changing my brakes. I had my brother take this picture. He had to help me this time for alot of reasons one being that it was starting to rain and we were getting some lightning.

Easter

Easter Sunday all dressed up!

Nathan's first grade bible class had an Easter extravaganza. They had Easter egg hunts and games and more Easter egg hunts. The kids had a lot of fun. Here is Kayla who surprised us all on how good she did balancing the huge egg on a spoon.

She was very excited with how many eggs she caught and that they had candy in them!
Nathan had a great time. He said his favorite part was playing kickball. Which was not one of the planned games. I tell you the boy lives and breathes for kickball.

Meet Noah

My sister had her first child. His name is Noah Alan. He is so pretty. I tell him I can call him pretty now but when he's a little older I will say he is handsome. My poor sister had the worst experience at the hospital. I felt like a big sister wanting to tell them leave my little sister alone.

Kayla and Nathan loves him so much. Kayla says its her baby Noah. She can't stand for anyone else to hold him.

Here are some pictures on Easter. It is amazing how big he already is after just 4 days.

My daddy!

I am so proud of my dad! He is a truck driver and he won himself a new truck. They decorated it with some of his accomplishments. When I was young I used to ride with him during the summer time it was fun traveling for a week or two. My children like to get into granddaddy's truck and pretend. Maybe I'll let them go on a trip when they are much bigger.

Gone Fishing!

We went to grandparents house to go fishing.

Nathan was the best worm catcher.

Nathan caught 3 fish. Which was a feat since the fish were not biting and he caught some real tiny ones that are hard to catch.

This I my amazing husband. Most of my other friendships are easy because all I expect from them to be my friend. With Macky I expect so much more. He is my friend, soul mate, lover, confidant, leader, provider, helpmate, father to our children, and so much more and he fulfills everyone with ease.

He is the best leader for our family.

He is talented and passionate about everything he does.

He is very good at balancing everything.

Pretty days with my new camera!

My husband spoils me. Our camera fell apart a long time ago. I have been using the video camera/still camera. It takes good pics most of the time.Sometimes it comes out blurry or action shots come with five legs.For Valentines day Macky surprised me with a new to me camera. It has been pretty outside so we have been spending time outdoors and I tried some new angles with my new camera.

Kayla loves to swing on anything that is why we call her monkey.

Nathan is obsessed with basketball I am waiting to find him sleeping with the basketball.

Okay so Macky picked him up but I don't think it will be long before he can do this himself.

Tennessee Aquarium

We went to the aquarium and this is what we saw.

Yeah my mom is probably gonna kill me.

Nathan was supposed to go with his school on a field trip, but he got sick. He still had to go to complete an assignment. So I made my mom go with us. We go at least once a year, but there was alot of firsts. The hermit crab was ot of his shell and posing for the camera.

The sea otter was out and also posing for some pics. I never saw a star fish eat. That was pretty cool.

I have seen the sea nettle a lot I just think it is so pretty. I just had to put it in.

The penguins were new to me at the aquarium. I have seen them at Sea World just not in Tennessee.I think they are the cutest birds. I love to watch them walk. We had a lot of fun. Ohh by the way Nathan got an 100, Good job Nathan.
